Love Plumbing can complete a landlords report on any domestic property. These are valid for 12 months and are compulsory for any landlord with Gas appliances in their rented property.

What is involved?
- Check of the flue and terminal.
- Ventilation for the appliance.
- Burner pressure.
- Gas Rating.
- Safety devices.
- Performance analysis (for boilers).
A landlords report usually costs £40 plus VAT for the first appliance and a further £10 plus VAT for each additional appliance. However, discounts are available for large properties or for landlords with several properties.
Love plumbing also offers a gas and plumbing inspection to prospective movers. All gas appliances are tested and inspected and a report is produced detailing their condition. Please note that you must obtain the permission of the owner of the house to complete this survey.
